London Based English Premier League side, Chelsea have been banned by world football body, FIFA, from signing new players for the next two transfer windows. The Blues have also been fined 600,000 Swiss francs, while the English Football Association has been fined 510,000 Swiss francs. The ban however does not apply to Chelsea’s women’s and futsal teams, and does not prevent players in the men’s teams from leaving.
